Use of the Platform

Glow Mates is a platform that allows users to connect with each other, share information, and discover new products related to beauty and skincare. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

Content Ownership

You are solely responsible for any content that you post or submit to Glow Mates, including but not limited to reviews, comments, messages, and other materials (collectively, "Content"). By submitting any Content to Glow Mates, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to do so, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable right to use, copy, modify, distribute, and display your Content in connection with the Platform and our business.

Community Guidelines

We expect all users of the Platform to treat each other with respect and kindness. Please do not post any Content or interact with other users in a way that violates our Community Guidelines, including:

Posting content that is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading.
Posting content that infringes on the intellectual property or other proprietary rights of others.
Posting content that encourages or supports illegal activities, including violence, fraud, or drug use.
Posting content that contains hate speech, bullying, or harassment.
Posting content that is obscene, vulgar, or sexually explicit.
Impersonating or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.

We reserve the right to remove any Content or take other action as necessary to enforce these Community Guidelines.

Age Requirements

Glow Mates is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

Modification of Terms

We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, in our sole discretion. If we make any material changes, we will notify you by posting a notice on the Platform or by sending you an email. Your continued use of the Platform after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.

Infringing Content

Don't post content or interact with other members of the Community in a way that infringes the intellectual property or other proprietary rights of others. Only post your own content or content that you have permission to use.

Illegal Activity

Don't post content that encourages or supports behavior that is illegal, including violence, fraud, illegal drug use, underage drinking, or child or animal abuse. You may not conduct or promote any illegal activities while using the Platform or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

Examples of prohibited content include:

Content advocating, threatening, or joking about physical or financial harm to yourself or others, including terrorism. Content offering fraudulent goods, services, schemes, or promotions (e.g., make-money-fast schemes, pyramid schemes). Content posted intentionally as sarcasm as it relates to self-harm or harm to others. Content that encourages or supports the dangerous misuse of a product.

Delete Account

If you decide to delete your Glow Mates account, please take note of the following important information:

Account Deletion Restrictions You cannot delete your Glow Mates account if you are participating in any ongoing events or contests. Account deletion can only be processed if there are no ongoing transactions, such as pending orders or refunds. You must not be in the process of any fund or product refund process if you want to delete your Glow Mates account. Once your account has been successfully deleted, you will no longer have access to your transaction history on Glow Mates. You can only re-register and create a new account 30 days after the account deletion is completed. For example, if your account was deleted on January 1st, you can only create a new account starting from February 1st. Accounts linked to other websites or platforms within the Glow Mates ecosystem will not be deleted. You must contact those websites or platforms directly to have your account deleted. Account Deletion is Permanent Deleting your Glow Mates account is a permanent action, and all your posts, reviews, and any other activities related to your account will be automatically removed and permanently deleted.

Reporting Content If you come across any content on Glow Mates that you believe violates our Terms and Conditions, you can report it to us by clicking the "Report" button near the content and entering the reason you believe it violates the rules. If no "Report" button is available, you may send an email to our support team at support@glowmates.co, specifying the location of the content and the reason you believe it violates the Terms and Conditions.

Pelaporan Konten
