Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.

Please note that the following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale items
  • Personal care items such as skincare, makeup, and haircare products that have been opened or used.

How to Initiate a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact us at support@glowmates.co within 7 days of receiving your item. Please include your order number, the reason for your return, and any relevant photographs/videos.

We will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Please note that it may take several business days for your refund to be processed and appear in your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at support@glowmates.co within 48 hours of receiving your item. Please include your order number, the reason for your return, and any relevant photographs.

We will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to return the item. We will also provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
